Highrise constructions

New build: house, townhouse and duplex

We always focus specifically on new residential builds. New builds are generally fast and cost-effective and are built to suit the Australian Standards.

Granny flats

We can help you with utilising dead and unused space in your yard. Most councils allow a granny flat up to 60m2 without the need to deal with the council for your approval. However, you will need a plan via an architect, and you will need to engage a private certifier to receive your complying development certificate.

We can aid in the design and layout to ensure it is practical and energy efficient. We can assess your existing home services, such as the main metre box, to assess which upgrades will be needed, also your services, such as water, gas, and storm-water connection points.

Outdoor structures such as carports, garages, studios, home gyms and the like all fall into this category and can be approached in the same manner.

SITE TOUR AND SURVEY

Our expert surveyors supply the full range of surveys for planning, design, and construction. They are:

  • First, we must understand your aspirations and needs. We provide a broad view of the possibilities for your project with reference to council controls and your budget.
  • A surveyor will visit your site for a detailed assessment of features such as any existing buildings, trees, adjoining neighbours, visible services, easements, boundaries, and levels of the land.
  • Keep in mind that different Sydney councils have specific surveying requirements that we will help you to get approval.
  • Our construction company works with in-house surveyors, designers, engineers and private certifiers for smooth implementation of the project.

DA APPROVAL

We have many years of experience at preparing and lodging development applications (DAs) to get approved for many construction projects, such as new builds of granny flats, town houses, houses, duplexes etc. Most constructions require the approval by the local Sydney council through submission of a DA.

We also advise on the type of approval needed because some constructions are exempt or eligible for fast-tracked complying development certificate (CDC) approval performed by one of our in-house private certifiers.

CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE

On the client's behalf, our private certifiers perform both and can look after the process of getting the Construction Certificate including detailed house plans, building plans and engineering specifications. It is important to have all documentation accurately presented, and our team provides this with efficiency and precision.

BUILDING DESIGN

Our designers are bright and talented, brimming with design ideas to apply to any project. We have designed many beautiful homes and buildings since 2012. You can be assured of our experience and expertise.
